Something's not quite right, and your body's letting you know about it. Maybe you're feeling stretched and scattered, or flat and disconnected. Either way, this has become your normal. And you'd like to find ways to feel more comfortable in yourself. 

HOME is a practice of getting to know your own nervous system — learning to feel when you're activated, shut down, or settled, and what each state is telling you. Awareness is where choice begins, and feeling better lives inside the choices you make. We work with what keeps you stuck, and how to create more connection and ease. Each 60-minute session via Zoom is followed by personalised notes and practices. HOME is a foundation for feeling more resilient – more of the time.

How we work together

We work somatically — which means we get curious about what's alive for you, what's showing up. Your body holds information your mind may not have found words for yet — together we learn to feel for it. Awareness, breath, soothing touch, and gentle movement are our guides. We explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories you carry and what you're ready to shift or reframe — always at the pace your nervous system allows. Self-enquiry, education, and skills underpin all of it.

Together we co-create embodied practices to take into your daily life — so you can find your way back more often to a felt sense of ease. Each session is a welcoming, confidential, non-judgmental space. The only prerequisite is a willingness to be present and curious.

Your connection with your body is a relationship worth tending.
