Sensing into your body's wisdom
Most of us have spent years living in our heads — missing what our body has been quietly signalling all along. Maybe you've been running on empty for months. Maybe stress has become a familiar companion. Maybe you're missing the undercurrent of curiosity and connection that sometimes moves through you. Real resilience is being able to navigate these different internal states so you spend less time feeling stuck and more time feeling at ease.
HOME is a way to start sensing inwards — to learn the language of your nervous system and build the skills to return to a state of feeling safe and engaged. Real change rarely happens in a single conversation. It happens through practice over time — which is what this journey makes possible.
This isn't about fixing anything. Nothing's broken. It's about noticing what's happening in your body, and finding your way to more choice from there.
I work somatically — which means we get curious about what’s alive in you
Your body holds information your mind may not have found words for yet, and together we learn to feel for it. Awareness, breath, soothing touch, and gentle movement are our guides. We explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories you carry — and what you’re ready to shift or reframe. Education, skills, and practice underpin all of it.

In the early sessions
We slow down and get curious. We begin to learn the language of your body — the felt sensations that tell you what your nervous system needs you to know. You start to recognise the patterns of stress, reactivity, or shutdown that have been running in the background, and begin to get curious about what safety and ease might feel like in your body.
Through the middle
We keep exploring. We work with the beliefs, stories, and patterns underneath the surface — the ones that keep pulling you back into stress or disconnection. You build a growing repertoire of practices that help you navigate your nervous system with more skill and choice.
By the final sessions
Something will have shifted — because you’ve been developing a new relationship with your body and your nervous system. You have more awareness. You have practices that are yours now. And you have a growing felt sense of what it means to feel more present, settled, and at home in yourself.
